A ceasefire has been agreed upon. The rebels are about to evacuate Old Homs district and al-Waer district in Homs. Homs within the next few days will completely be in the hands of SAA and Syrian government. The capital of the revolution is now within Assad’s control.

With an offensive in Aleppo, Damascus and Darra, things couldn't get better for the Syrian government, people and military.
