The problem is the OP was part of the crowd of snetters who bashed the capital and proudly stated he would be visiting backwater villages in parts of Somaliweyn instead of the capital. He didn't show love to the city he is residing in when she went through her dark moments. Just comes to show despite all the empty talk and trivial nonsense, they still come to that same city to live it up. You know the saying, you havent seen Somalia if you havent seen Mogadishu.

*for years i use to think xamar and mogadisho were two different cities when people would discuss it on forum. i think figure it out it was the same city maybe about a year ago

lol. so much nonsense, some of you must be really miserable.

I met a nice elderly gentleman in Kismaayo oo Somali ah, a Doctor from Canada who helped me with my work and he is a very impressive human being. He invited me to his daughters wedding in Xamar, right after he attended my cousins wedding in Kismayo and i had to attend.

besides, i had business here; somethings are bigger than your Somalinet fadhi kudirir.

Oh my hosts are not Hawiye or Darood.

How indigenously Somali are both cities? As in how big are the Non ethnically-Somali
so called minorities in Xamar iyo Kismaayo?

I'd appreciate if you could answer that.

Here's me hoping he says they're barely visible :tocry:

Sxb every qabiil is here, your visit in Xamar will be monitered in terms of qofkaa tahay. Even though I was hosted by another Somali tribe, as I landed oday reeraha ah baa isoo wacay oo numberkeyga lasoo siiyey, Isoo direy midkale oo reeraha ah to make sure my whereabouts, movement and safety. Others are visible but locals outnumber them greatly.

InaAdeer I don't care much about bullshit like Qabiil and "different clans" being there but thanks for the last bit, it soothes my mind . I'm guessing by that you mean minority non Originally Somali groups like Jareerweynes etc are a bit visible but native Somalis outnumber them greatly, so sax ma aha?

That sounds great mashallah

Stay away form popular hotels frequented by xildhibaans, and when you go to a restaurant sit right in front i mean the very first seat. would be Suicide tend to go to the middle .

I stayed there three days and i liked the food and the people .
