Recipe:

Serves one

1. Take a clean kettle and fill it with water
2. Heat up the water and bring it to a boil
3. When the water has boiled, pour it into a clean cup which already has a teabag, preferably tea with spice

That is the first part of the meal

The second part place 2 slices of bread into a toaster and once done, slightly crisp and brown, put some marg and honey on that.

Serve warm

I prefer everything added to the kettle as it boils: the teabag(s), sugar, spices. Milk is the only thing that should be added once poured.

I need serious replies, I'm tired of living on take-out.

Beans are a great option but I don't want to deal with being gassy.

1. get yourself a bag of frozen mix vegetable.
2. (bismillah) put some in a pot with water and bring it to boil for 4 minute
3. drain the water  stick it in a bowl
4. (bismillah) add some butter (utterly butterly) and some salt

Eggs - scrambled
eggs- regular, make into sandwich
eggs- cook onions in pan, add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper (maybe chicken bullion), add eggs and scramble it all together.

Lentils
boil the lentils separate til it softens
cook onion in olive oil until brown, add xawaash or indian spices, tomatoes, garlic and the lentils. Add water if needed.

you know everything is easy...go online and just follow the easy recipes.
