Always remember Ramadan and breakfasting is not for you to be extravagant in the amounts of food that you eat, that's for EID. During the whole ramadan you must learn to rewire your body's eating habit's and daily habits, and to incorporate Allah (swt) in everything you do, becoming someone who is God-concious.
