Ramadan should be taken as the best opportunity to introduce new habits in your lifestyle, all of the hours of you not eating and drinking should be used for deep thinking and reflection, it often takes 30-40 days for people to let go of old habits and begin new ones, so is this ramadan just a starvation month for you? or is it a means that will launch a healthier, concious and better lifestyle for you?
