The Somalis are one nation, with one language and one God,but they hate each other and they are fighting each other since the begining of times. They tried three times to create Greater Somalia and three times they failed to achieve the dream.
Ahmed Gurey failed in 1543 ( He was defeated by Portugal and Ethiopia)

Mohammed Abdullah Hassan "Mad Mullah failed" in 1920 ( He was defeated by Italy,England,Ethiopia and his own countrymen)

Siad Barre failed in 1977 (He was defeated by Russians,Cubans and Ethiopians)
Ahmed Gurey was fighting jihad fisibiililaah.

Mad Mullah was stealing camels from Isaaq. If he wanted to unite somalis, why didn't he start with his own tribe under xabash?

Siad Barre was only fighting the Xabash to steer the limelight away from internal corruption and misrule.

Abdijohnson that would never work because of the inherent problem in Somalis - corruption and tribalism.

mad mullah was killing and stealing from darood actually, he nearly killed 1/3 of warsengeli, half of dhulo and used to hate mj. The only isaaq he came into contact were are sub of HY, he stole camel from them and they retaliated by killing lot of his worshipers

The ultimate reality is these three men were defeated by foreign powers.

Their armies and guerrillas were no match for Portugal,England,Italy,Soviet Union and Cuba.

I have issues allowing Somaliland people crossing the Djibouti border freely without going through Quarantine.

Everything else except that.

Because we have roots there and even when we come to SL (not that we really have to) we come we our papers in order.

But reer Somaliland going to Djibouti have to have their papers.

As Sayid mohamed Abdule hassan's ground Daughter use to say...
ma maison est construite en Ethiopie, mais mon jardin est en Somali..

But for me its...

My house is Built in Djibouti but my garden is in SL.
