i will be honest, ramadan is hardest cause of all fried foods ans feasting, and i just pick my outmail cooked with water.

That's how it was for me last year. But I made lots of green juice, steamed veggies and oatmeal. And sometimes I would have bean salad.

Hey hyper why don't you try baked sambusas? they're very tasty.

I love Tuna sambuusa, it's much healthier then meat and lighter.The only sambuusa pple in my household will eat this ramadan.

Haven't you guys heard if Somali roulette? I play it every Ramadan. It's when you're hungry and there's a plate with a pile of sambuusas on it and you don't know which contains tuna or minced meat.
