You read buzzfeed too. I wouldn't eat those food at 3 am. No thank you. I will stick to my rissotto and almond milk or Quinoa salad.

Too.much.effort. lol at suhoor I find im too stuffed to even eat so I just have water. Tbh I dont even eat too much during afur I just get stuffed easily.

I Came up with a good game plan...eat just enough at Afur ..then at suhoor I should go beast mode..get myself hydrated to till I feel like I gotta pee

I ate afur. Fell asleep,then had had some bread after isha. Ate sareen for suhur. I am trying to eat as much possible
this year as i was like a walking zombie due to not eating enough food.
