Its something I've noticed
The men have to wear dress shirts and dress pants. Suits during meetings with external stakeholders/clients
Women wear capri pants and some Wal Mart top they got for $10.
And Friday is "Casual Fridays" but its obviously just a policy for the men since its casual day every day for the girls

Well at least they mostly smell nice, espcially early in the morning when they get into work.

Depends where they work.. In our office everyone has to dress professionally and that means absolutely no Capri pants and we have casual Fridays once a year. So that's out of the door.

Men have it easy, three suits, few ties, and couple of dress shirts, women have to have a whole closet.
