Than non Somali friends? Is it better to have a diverse group of people as friends or is it better to be selective? I.e for religious/cultural reasons etc. :leon:

When i was your age i got accepted to a uni that was ranked 8th in the uk at the time, I didn't go cause it was too far so I took a year out to make some money. Up to that point, my alevel friends were a Ukrainian, a Brazilian and a Kurd. Anyway they went off to their unis, so i started chilling with the loser somalis from the block... not knowing they're contagious. :damn:

Lets not generalise sxb. You've just got to be selective about who you're friends with

Success is ambiguous, secondly you can become successful and still lose it all by having snakes and leaches around you

My joining of somali forums was to actually compensate for the lack of them around me.
