Al Qaeda denounced ISIS because of their opposition towards Al Nusra, the official Al Qaeda group. It had absolutely nothing to do with killing the Shia. They were concerned only of different factions that were coming out who were supposed to be on the same side

because:

1) Gaza has the whole world crying out for them.
no one gives a shit about Syria and Iraq anymore.

2) 400 people were killed in Gaza.
170,000 people were killed in Syria ALONE in 2014!
and 5500 people were killed in Iraq.

3) Israel wants to get rid of a certain group that has
been disturbing them while ISIS in Iraq/Syria just
want to kill anyone who says opposite of what they
say and want to establish some outdated
governing system that will never work in 2014.

Not true. Sharia isn't outdated. Muslims prospered (academically, scientifically, economically, militarily, etc) under Sharia for much of the Islamic history. Under man-made laws (democracy, monarchy, communism, etc), they've become weak.
