every time NGOs pocket are empty will deceive the world to get money for their own benefit.let us come to some facts
60% of somalis get monthly income from their relatives abroad
15% get their salary government or regional governments
more than 20% are self employed ( clothing,food shops,et.)
and international statistics made by WHO shows somalia are not in the top ten poorest countries. so why are NGOs and the corrupt government deceiving?

Somalia is usually left out of these lists because it is near impossible to obtain reliable date from the country. Somalia is definitely in the top 10 if not number 1
