An agreement to form a new regional administration in central Somalia has been signed between Galmudug, Himan Heeb and ahlu sunna wal jamaa endorsed by Villa Somalia.

So its seems Mudug will be split. Will Gaalkacyo be this administrations capital? Cadaado to me seems a better choice for a capital or even Ceelbuur to satisfy all clans.

There was never any possibility northern Mudug would be incorporated into the new state.
