Looks like he lost a good 50 pounds in only 1.5 months, rumored due to the depression caused after his devasting Finals destruction by the San Antonio Spurs

Cavs will make the playoffs and get to the Conference Finals
The Spurs made LeBron up and go back home. That was the most dominant Finals after Game 2 that I've seen since 2004 when the Pistons ended the Shaq/Kobe era Lakers.
