Whats the point of owning a home when u have no one to share it with Adali??? Your dilemma is accepting yourself. U have taken care of your financial dilemma.I am talking about properties outside of Somalia/Somaliland(f-king political correctness Aye ), I allow Africa too.
So at the moment, I own jack shit, but I am eyeing a few cribs, I am wondering how many young Somalis like myself own properties, our parents generations is probably 20-30% and that is being generous.
But hopefully more second generation Somalis will own their homes, it will be interesting to see what happens.
If you don't own a property, what are you plans in terms of time-frame, or are you not interested in being a home owner outsider of your father land ?

Look into Egypt Cairo, it's incredibly cheap and even cheaper just outside of the city.I co-own a property.. I didn't pay for it though, got it through inheritance.
I doubt I would buy property in this country though.. its just too expensive nowadays.
Always wanted to own a holiday home though.

Besides investing in the future isn't bad, it could save you money which would otherwise go towards rent, partial letting until you bring home the misses.
I hate Egypt and don't care for them... I've had bad experiences with them!Look into Egypt Cairo, it's incredibly cheap and even cheaper just outside of the city.I co-own a property.. I didn't pay for it though, got it through inheritance.
