The local Mosque that Somalis being struggling to build for the past 10 years. On every Friday Juma, for the past 10 years, the imam has been encouraging the congregation to donate. Legend has it that several people have given 20k in numerous occasion. I have donated pennies, dimes and quarters that I've found in my pocket, never have I donated more than a dollar. :blessed:

It's only now that this Mosque is coming into reality. Just learned that mistakes have been made, major money has been lost. The brothers are trying but they are maneuvering through complicated situation with limited English capability.
