Really. I have friends who generally don't find our men attractive and are content with marrying an AA. They may not shout from the hill tops in fear of being stigmatized/labeled but they habour these sentiments.

Marrying an AA, eww I'm judging them. You know how I feel about Black/African men, but if I had to choose one I would stick with my skinnies.

I don’t know why they are into East African chicks. I knew this dude in undergrad that was half Harari Ethiopian half Trinidadian. I took a class with him. He tried to get me to join a Pan African group off-campus. He prepared talking points and I was not convinced. It was all a ruse all he wanted to do was talk to hablo. He was under the impression East African chicks were submissive compared to black chicks (He must have thought of Xabeshis). I told him Somali chicks are the exception, since they don’t acquiesce to anyone. He inquired more about my personal life and I said I was seeing this Somali guy. Convo ended there.
