Giving rides to strangers.

Postby Julkimi » Sat Aug 23, 2014 1:46 pm

If I go to Minneapolis and see a Somali old lady or an old guy walking, I always stop for them, and ask if they want a ride.. I don't get how people just drive by and not stop for them. Especially in the blazing heat or cold winter.

Do you stop for old people walking?

I picked up my muslim neighbour who's a few years older than me, I saw her at the supermarket during Ramadan and told her that we are neighbours and I drove her home, she was Eritrean :wow: .

Hey Julkumi :rose:
I remember this one summer I was walking home and this Xaliimo stopped for me and gave me a lift to the crib. Generous people are hard to find nowadays. If you ever see a old oday or habar give them a lift you'll get ajar IA. Btw I just remembered this story a Farax was telling me lol he said when he moved to our town it was a rainy and all and was waiting for a bus. A chick passes by the bus stop and to his luck she stopped at the red light right across the bus stop. He looked and noticed she was Somali, intu u dhawaday bu wuxu ku yiri na meshaan roobku saan igu dul da ayo igama tagayside ina wada Ina adeer nalku green buu noqon rabaye.

Ahh that's what you get for being xasid. As for me never. Unless they ask for a lift I don't approach them.

Of course, you have to be extremely stone hearted to drive by an elderly in bad weather. If I was an 80 year old walking through rain, I would want somebody to do the same for me as well.

If that was me, I'd have locked the car and bolted before facing him
