At the end of the day, he is Djiboutian and will face the consequences of his actions in a court of law. It is given that he will pay the piper. There were no deaths contrary to "sources" by misleading posters on SNET who have sinister motives and want to do us harm. This unfortunate incident happened after the president left the airport on his way back from mediating peace talks in Addis among South Sudan factions. It was certainly not an assassination attempt on IOG, but personal matter between the perpetrator and a member of the president's staff.
