Kenya wants to settle the case outside the court system. That should tell you they never had a leg to stand on.

We all know the merits of the Somali claim.....the only debate is whether the ICJ will find in Somali's favour.

could there be a special circusmtance in that kenya's martime border with tanzania does infact run in an eastern direction ( so as to allow tanzania to claim that little ilsand ). The fact that one of kenya's borders is already pointed in an eastern direction----wouldnt it only be fair that both of them run east so that theey have some congruency.

somalis are bright, but when it comes to protecting property they seem to be missing some brain cells.
