There's internet all over Somalia and Muqdisho is the only place with fiber optic services.

its pointing around gardafuu that place has no running water let alone internet. the other one is not puntland but sanaag probably the east, we know all sanaag is periphery area. this map is not accurate atleast in east africa.

Somaliland

borama/burao

Ethiopia

dir city.

Djibouti city has advanced internet connection too.
