The dollar is overvalued and yuan is undervalued.
the reality is that the US dollar is worth less than the paper its printed on, it is supported by US muscle only.
so PPP is more important and even PPP is not that accurate, the rate is in reality higher.

This is really a milestone though, and would turn the old world order on its head. This is exactly why the US - EU are looking to link up their two perspective economies to fight the rising dragon.

In 5-10yrs the influence of power would slowly shift towards China and away from the US and Europe.

Somalia is better off linking up with this new rising power, and getting investments from them.

China won't get involved in ur politics, they do what they were hired to do and leave...where as in America and Europe they dictate the terms.
