Along with containing essential minerals like sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and sulfur, sea salt can contain more than 60 trace minerals.
The human body has the capacity to heal and repair itself. Could something as simple as following a regimen of drinking pure water, taking sea salt, exercising and getting fresh air and sunlight (when possible) precipitate this process?
