Pure Water and Sea Salt

Postby LoveandLight » Mon Oct 13, 2014 10:58 am

Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj AUN wrote a paradigm shifting book entitled Your Body's Many Cries For Water. He maintained that a lot of the pains people get were symptoms of chronic dehydration. He taught consumption of pure water, sea salt and a good diet, as well as exercising and getting fresh air is important to health and longevity.

Natural sea salt is superior to table salt. Table salt has been stripped of most of the minerals during the heating process. The minerals are then sold to vitamin companies. Also, additives are added such as anti-caking agents, and dextrose (sugar). Along with containing essential minerals like sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and sulfur, sea salt can contain more than 60 trace minerals.

The human body has the capacity to heal and repair itself. Could something as simple as following a regimen of drinking pure water, taking sea salt, exercising and getting fresh air and sunlight (when possible) precipitate this process?
