because quite a number of them are in Somalia where it is understood that anyone in the army who's in Somalia has had a life changing economical upgrade. Now there's a rush to join the Ugandan Army, dudes are running 3 miles without a rest because they dont want to fail the recruitment. They are practically doing anything the boot camp sergeant wants from them in hopes of joining the army and then their ultimate goal is to be stationed in that hell-hole called Somalia...
Folks! We have literally became a hunting ground....

3 miles is US Marine PT (vs. 1.5 miles AF, 1.5 Navy, 1.5 USCG, 2 Army) . Any African nation can do that easy.
