These men are absolutely detestable. I never got why some men on here have the gall to insult or objectify women. Then I remembered trying to appeal to their sense of morality is not the approach to take. They probably see nothing wrong with what they are doing. From their lens it’s the status quo – “all females are hoes waiting to be exposed” or “merely bitches for failing to cooperate” especially when they “fall out of line and start mouthing off.” You know what they say if he doesn't respect the females in his life there’s no way he'll respect you. Let’s just say he does respect the ladies in his life, but holds deeply misogynistic attitudes, then lady don't expect him to refrain from spewing pure vitriol.

Good points Sophie. I'm not as quick to tar them all with the same brush as they tar us, their own womenfolk, but I would say that there is no loss or gain either way. Unlike men, women are not guaranteed a climax and their libido varies from individual to individual. Hence, the more experienced the sexual partner, the higher likelihood that they might find what stimulates them.

You're mixing up two issues here, mate. What society expects of a woman and what religion says. You can't have your bariis and eat at the same time. Though misogynistic, I can at least understand if you agree with societal norms but if you bring "God said this and the Prophet said that" then it's a fair game for both sexes.

Don't have the energy and time to get deeper into this (and though I am not religious at all) but if you drag religion into this and say "the Prophet stated that it's better to marry a virgin for obvious reasons" then have a look Surat Al-Nur , verse 3:

Let no man guilty of
Adultery or fornication marry
Any but a woman
Similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever:
Nor let any but such a man
Or an Unbeliever
Marry such a woman:
To the Believers such a thing
Is forbidden.

I am not arguing for one or the other. If you want to know my personal beliefs it is what is stated int he Quran and the Hadiths of the Prophet SAWS. I was being the devils advocate by highlighting cultural norms and practices.

But, you cannot deny the reason why women are disadvantaged in pre-marital sex in comparison to men is that every time a woman consents to sex, her orgasm is at the mercy of the man. If he is a selfish prick, it can last a short time or be very mechanical. Hence, why I said be grateful you are a man. Furthermore, that is why I believe if a woman chooses to have sex with random men she is selling herself short because she does not know what she is getting herself into, its a case of fuck and hope. I mean why would one bother to be considerate in the sack if the female is a one night stand.

Tuushi, what if during courtship a man states a preference for marrying a virgin and asks politely if you are one? What then? Its not about being judged, its about an individual's preference. He will find out anyway unless the chick has resorted to corrective surgery.

I personally would ask, not because I want a virgin necessarily, but due to a fear of STD's. If I find her compatible and she is not a virgin, I would be like lets get tested huuno, no nasty surprises in Saarir.
