Saaladu miyey ka ajar badan tahay hadaad khamees, macawis ama surwaal xidhatid?I was watching a documentary on somalis and they showed a somali majority masjid on jumuah and not a single thaub/khamees was seen. All jeans and trousers, what happened?
I don't know, but I personally couldn't go without one. I feel that trousers are inappropriate especially at ruk'u and sujood.Saaladu miyey ka ajar badan tahay hadaad khamees, macawis ama surwaal xidhatid?I was watching a documentary on somalis and they showed a somali majority masjid on jumuah and not a single thaub/khamees was seen. Good luck selling that to Wahabi crazed dimwits! So khamees and cimaamad are now a requirement to salat? Clothes don't make you religious, your character and actions do. Neither does wearing a hijab or sporting a beard.

Let me guess, you only go to the masjid, when you've made previous plans to go pray there?I don't know, but I personally couldn't go without one. Ummul Mu-mineen, Ummi Salamah Radiyallahu 'anha relates: "Of all the clothing, Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam preferred wearing the qamis (Thowb, kurtaa) the most".
We should try to live our lives how the prophet lived
