My father used to be like that. He would always carry a qamis and sajayad with him in the car.technogc,
I usually go to jummah prayer straight off of work, I don't go to work wearing a khamees. If I'm driving and it's almost time for prayer, usually turn to the nearest masjid and pray, I don't have a khamees on. Most people similarly are like that, and don't go wearing a khamees around town. So I'm guessing you either only go to the masjid when you've made explicit plans to do so, or you walk around town wearing a khamees.

I see, so it might be something from your family, the wearing a khamees to pray.My father used to be like that. He would always carry a qamis and sajayad with him in the car.technogc,

So khamees and cimaamad are now a requirement to salat? Clothes don't make you religious, your character and actions do. Neither does wearing a hijab or sporting a beard.

then why are you on the internet? the prophet didn't use a computer and neither should you.Ummul Mu-mineen, Ummi Salamah Radiyallahu 'anha relates: "Of all the clothing, Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam preferred wearing the qamis (Thowb, kurtaa) the most".
We should try to live our lives how the prophet lived
Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much.
Quran (Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 21)
