Cape Town South Africa. Amazing. With a big somali community and business potential.

The rest would be Maputo Mozambique, Dar Salam Tanzania, Mombasa kenya, and mumbai India. All have big Somali communities with the exception of Mumbai which has fewer somalis.

U.K is not hot but it's a fine place to live & work in & you could always go to Spain, Morroco, Greece, Egypt& Turkey for holiday..they're close enough.

I would not suggest a move to the Arab Gulf countries. They are very hot and you spend the majority of your time indoors. I also fear it might prove too boring for you.

For sun, English speaking, great prospects for work, amazing healthcare, friendly locals, proper wild forests and oceans full of wild creatures like wolves, bears, sharks, poisonous snakes etc..you should look into a move to America. I love Santa Barbara and it's splendid Spanish colonial revival architecture. Other American cities are also good. I like that they have proper summers and amazing winters(with tons of snow). Their autumns are also so unlike any i've ever seen, truly a sight to behold.
