Most of them were born in the 90's ee maxay Jeyte iyo Sanqoole ka garan. But unfortunately they're experts in qabyaalad & fadhi-ku-dirir. Image

Off topic.

I remember back in 2006, when my granny took us to Bosaso, my Uncle had a "saab" or "seeb" almost 200 people showed up. He slaughtered 6 goats and made lots of bariis. All I remember is I was suffocating because there were too many people. But my brothers had fun, I wanted to eat with them and the ladies said naa ceeb, don't eat with the boys. That was my experience with African saab.

LOL @ saab. Juls, it's short, just 'sab'.

And yeah, back home girls & women aren't allowed to eat with the males, unless they're kids. And in most cases, they have to eat after the men are satisfied, which is one of our shitty cultural norms, imo. Image

^ xiimaaya, I understand where you're coming from but I don't think the lack of subjugation of our females resulted in the current phenomena. The sexual jihadism, in my opinion, is the byproduct of the civil-war and the mass immigration into foreign lands with foreign cultures.

It's known fact that its far easier for foreigner to sweep off xaalimo niigis then his somali counterpart. a mere smile does it for him. Ninyahow were cursed with these women i tell you.

Now we'll get into Faarax vs Xaliimo, awoowe. And I am an old man who can't wrestle with a fuming Xaliimo ee baxar hana gelinin, eeboow. Image

But on a serious note though, a house with no pillars to support is a broken house. The only way we can restore our dignity, sovereignty and statehood is if we, Somalis (at least the ones who want stay together), work together and do something about our current state. Until that's done things will get from bad to worse and stuff like what one did with themselves will be the least of worries. Let's fix the bigger issue and the smaller ones will take care of themselves.
