I have a problem

Today I had a second lunch because my first lunch was unsatisfactory in quality even though I wasnt hungry angry

Last month I "discovered" Indian food and realized Indian food makes me really full without even finishing half of what's in the box. So I've been training myself to finish the whole box and not be very full anymore. I went everyday for two weeks and accomplished my goal. Indian food doesnt make me full anymore.

My workplace had like 20 large cookies layed out on the table and I felt the "need" to take almost 10 when no one was looking. I walked back and forth every 2 mins. It was first come first serve type of thing for the 50 or so employees in that particular area. I feel like I'm threatened when someone takes food laying out. I feel like its mine. My goods

Anyways I've been noticing that I'm getting heavier and out of breath. My heart hurts. My muscles ache.

I think I have an eating disorder. It's one of those things you think will never occur to you.

I'll come back to this thread every once in a while to log my progress and record any weight losses. I've decided to go vegetarian for a year

Remember 80% is diet and 20% is exercise, Eat clean and work out. Drink lots of water. Good luck..

What do I est instead of those carbs like pasta? What do i eat as a meal for lunch or dinner?

You can still eat pasta, but once a week.

Try Quinoa, Barley, Spaghetti squash. Healthy carbs.

Good job abdi! though indian food isn't exactly a diet, quite the opposite actually, if you train yourself to deal with hunger, you can control how much you eat. its all about portion control, and exercise. good luck abdi! and post your progress :)

Eat nothing but chipotle for a month and report back. make it totally vegetarian twice a week. stay away from Pepsi, sweets and goat meat.

It's just an spiraling eating habit that needs to be tamed. Eat your regular day intake, anything beyond that, tuck into fruits. Apples, bananas oranges etc.

Burn more calories than you eat, it's really as simple as that. The trick is accurately counting your calories though.
