How fortunate you are.

I heard people have a midday nap,so when in Somalia take a nap after lunch till qoraxda cools down.
I also heard you have to wake up at the same time as everyone else or else quraacda ayaa lagaa dhameesani :mrgreen:

Omg really??? i always taught that they didn't care, i was watching a documentary of Mogadishu in the 80s and most of the women didn't wear head scarfs and were wearing suits and just traditional somali clothing.....are you trolling or is it really that dangerous to go with out a abaya and head scarf

uhm idk yet but probably mogdishu, parts of puntaland and somaliland.....mostly the capital cities.

lool am arleady in there let me know when u cm we can go places together lòooooool jus kidding but the only place u can wear whatever u want is hargaisa all other places u need to cover up atleast ur hair u dont gave to wear abaya. u can wear all other clothes except surwaal lol

Lol i was kidding, but the days you’re referring to are long gone, so just roll with the colourful attires the rest roll with and you will fit in just fine.

oh okay thanks zak :) surwaal is pants right? are we allowed to wear skirts or dresses then? and what about tops? I'm not trying to wear a turtle neck in the desert lol. in hergeisa do i have to wear a head scarf? and do you ever see somalians dressed like they do here in the west? i really don't want to get judged lol.
