Bullshit. Wax ka jir ma leh. You make it look like Somalia can't survive without foreign troops, when in fact some of our soldiers are one of the best trained in Africa. No more foreign troops in Somalia. The current ones will be leaving within 2 years.
Be realistic sxb, we need a world class training and we don't need it from countries that we had conflict with in the past...we used to be well trained in the 80's... we are nothing without foreign forces...

I don't think it's a bad thing. Somalis need to get independent of Kenya/Ethiopia influence.

I'd rather have our Hamitic ancient cousins walking around our capital than fufu Bantus like Ugandans.
why do you believe european racist myths? not such thing as hamites.

and the egyptians of today are mostly carab. absolutely no relation to the black egyptians of the past.
Hamitic means Berber, Egyptian and Cushitic.

True, no one can replace amisom since they are mandated by UN security as you stated. ..but they can join first and replace them in the long run...
you have exposed yourself mate, atleast be consistent!

When you like to talk about these big politics first you need to know what is the current process and who controls it(as you stated egypt being able to join them)

Egypt and ethiopia fighting inside somalia?

Even the official visits r making problems!

Logooyo.com!

Egypt is part of the AU....and also african mission AM, go'aanka kowaad waxaa iskaleh AM kadiib Maha loo gudbinaaya UN ka....big picture Mr sahal...I just like you, wanted to see my country prosper. ..
With many respect you sound a clueless person!

You mean egypt joining ethiopia? Lol!

If you can understand arabic read this article and you would know that amisom is an ethiopian business and was started by her under many banners!

I will add for you some thing that the article doesn't answer wich is what's the ethiopian post-amisom plan?

That's why they r now spreading in every district and region to secure a potential pro-ethiopian somali leadership through the elections!

Federal regions that r politically under its control who will always elect a pro-ethiopian weak leader!

May allah enlighten you!.

Its funny how some one who's completely ignorant of politics involves himeself in such big geopolitical topic!

Look at the UNSCs IGADSOM peacekeeping forces resolution:december 2006! The same year that the islamic courts was ousted by ethiopia!

Later, during the ethiopian occupation the mission was changed to an AU mission in order to secure the success of the mission as sudan had problems and eritrea was NOT allowed to join!

Ethiopia didn't operate in the amisoms name bc: "We didn't re-hat our forces in the first place because we thought it would stand in the way of our command control, and of course it would stand in the way of our operational freedom," government spokesman Getachew Reda told AFP.

"There is a need for more African forces, and if and when there is a request... we are willing to reconsider our position," he said.

All these r lies though bc they still control amisom and right now are going to kismayo!

Read the background of this mission! I'm out now!
