Calories do count more than the individual macronutrient so I'll throw in some of the ssuggested items if I'm ever struggling with whole foods

Jeffo its easier to turn fat into muscle then bones in to muscle.. Hows the gum treating you bro. :up :

Basto you probably eat that everyday but your a foot solider somali so waa caadi
:wtf:

You can't turn fat into muscle......They are 2 different tissues....

1) However, you can burn your fat off while building the underlining muscles at the same time....You burn fat, then build muscle

2) Fat is made up of a stored Triglycerides and is essentially an energy store for the body. Fat has no ability to contract like muscle tissue does: In other words you can't flex fat

3) Muscle on the other hand is a contractile tissue( contains Amino acids), has the ability to generate power and movement

4) To burn body fat, you must burn calories each day than you eat in your meal. Calories are continuously burned by your body whether you're sleeping or exercising, but the greater the exertion, the greater amount of calories burned

5) Muscle burns lots of calories whether it's at rest or being exercised, so the more muscles you have on your body, the more calories you burn. That's why it's beneficial to build more muscle as possible. The more muscle you build, the more likely you are to burn that unwanted fat at the same time

I've been going to the gym and doing cardio for months. Getting back into lifting is a bit difficult for me now :/

On beast mode this week, eating 4-5 protein heavy meals a day and taking my strenght training to another level, in the midst of finding a spotter who is on my level.
