loool 10/10 thread, y'all took too long to make this. I'm underway a major bulk this winter so I'm not gonna share pics of now but here are the gains i made from ramadan (july 2014)- mid october. I'm 5'11 and i went from 133lbs NFdsstarrving caato to 160 during that timespan. Hardest part was eating 3200 calories from afur till sahur during all of ramadan. I was a man on a mission those 30 days, i spent most of my time after taraweeh at the table jus eating. IM like 174 right now but a lot of it is fat  gonna shred during summer

My first question; What is the best dietary plan? I don't have time to cook on weekdays and can only eat at small restaurants on the high streets. Also, lean muscle protein shakes? Are they any good..
Sxb.it takes 35 minutes to cook a good baasto and chicken suugo which can last for at least two days.restaraunt food is mostly unhealthy.stop being so lazy.#guys try to be healthy and fit.having big biceps wont save you from the somali hater (diabetes).

Don't leave the work out too late, it will give you insomnia and that sucks if you're trying to get in shape as sleep is period your body develops and repairs ! also more importantly you should not sleep after meals, relax sure but not snoring, and I like to eat big meal after gym so even If I was able to bore myself and fall asleep, my belly would not be happy.

Just my advice follow it and you will be in shape literally within 1 month, I have a six pack. :)

Lets make this one work.

I woke up at 3pm and it's almost dark. I don't leave the house after dark so no gym. Inshallah tomorrow.

Cardio 3 times a week plus core workouts

Weight lifting 3 days week... bench, squats, deadlift, overhead press, etc

I've been doing this consistently the last 3 months, looking more toned

Gotta clean up my diet  Now I'm in my mid 20s, soon my metabolism won't tolerate junk
