Is there a short cut? working out regularly is too hard
Time management. If you can get yourself to do little 20 minute work out x3 a week and make it a routine, then it becomes easier. Start out small and work your way to doing more eventually.

If you got the time for it, go ahead. It takes me 30 minutes to get to the gym, there and back, so it all adds up for me.

Also a few tips for the lads make sure u eat enough fruits and Vegetables and extra if you want to grow big. very important a protein shake can help to after the training and dont try to use the Machines when you doing the weights. And the secret is to train the entire body not just the part you like to train and make some sort of schedule , avoid stuff like cookies chips chocolate and baasto with to much suugo eat bariis cad , and try to eat Booraash in the morning as breakfast and allot of meat, avoid snack bars, what u eat is very important when training. Good luck

It's been a month. Gains are coming along slowly but surely.

I'm up 2kg, a lot more than i was expecting. I consider some of the gain to be glycogen stores filling back up after a long period of inactivity.

Bring the next month.

Yep yep they are, I'm trying to keep my ego out of it and not make big jumps even when I know I can. Don't wanna plateau.

Yeah thats good. Good form>>>. When I first started training back wen i was 18 some former Lebanon Mr. Olympia nigga used to give me tips and I always followed them to this day. One of them being sacrifice your own ego for the cost of maintaining proper form and going through a full proper range of motion. God bless that nigga, i never used to go on bodybuilding forums or any of these sites for help cuz they were all so contradicting. Too much bro science, i just went to him and he answered all my questions.

Low reps high weight, fast movement and good breathing is my focus and it seems to work well for me, form is meant for those who want to avoid injury over long periods of workout(high reps) and if you go through full range of motion you just build larger muscles that you don't need unless the range of motion is a necessity, when I do sit ups I don't come all the way down, reason being it ruins the shoulders and first part of a sit up is always easy and unnecessary to train.

Anyway do your thing bro.

My body isn't being trained for aesthetics but for motion efficiency and combat.
