I love leg day as well. It's not hard enough though.

I have to train myself to not look for the no-DOMS NurJama posted about, but its actually hard to not use that as your benchmark lol

I need to put something else together lol
Yeah wallahi DOMS is by no means a indicator weather you had a good workout. You know what is? Looking at the scale on a week to week basis. Changes happen minimally over a long period of time. I weigh myself every week, if i noticed i didn't gain atleast one pound then I know I didn't eat enough or didn't get enough sleep.

Working out is just the catalyst. Just like the same way you place certain chemicals in the same room and very little happens but when you place a catalyst the reaction is more likely to occur. Working out is the catalyst. Your aim is to get bigger/smaller. Eating and sleeping make that happen, not working out. Working out just catalyzes it and makes sure you get bigger/smaller more efficiently and you minimize fat gain. So don't stress to much about working out, as long as you lift shit your good  Focus on eating properly and getting a good nights rest, those are more important in the grand scheme of things.

You're always getting sick lol are you sure you want to be a doctor?

Glad you've recovered though. :)

You're right Nur, working out isn't doing it if I don't eat well (and I'm doing what I can on that front lol), but its definitely toning and that's why I started lifting also.

It's a tad overhyped, but I genuinely love this. I tried one from GNC once and the gas and indigestion it gave me was incredible. Worst protein ever. Not to mention some of theirs don't taste the best.

This one is perfect. :D You can order a small quantity so that you can taste and see how it is for digestion also (since that's now an issue for me? lol) and if you like, reorder. They also give you random specials, where when you buy 5lb tub you get a free supplement (the idea's that if you like it, you'll begin to reorder that regularly as well lol)

And mine arrived next day actually.

They don't. It's direct competition with the GNC brand (which I think tastes gross and it doesn't mix in a shaker very well).

How does it taste? I love Cookies n Cream, if you like almond milk, buy the Banana Cream flavor and put in a blender with ice *drool*...it's amazing. I just ordered Peanut Butter Chocolate...so I'm waiting on that to get here.

Is it suicide if I were to continue working out the way I am right now (3 days 5K runs, 3 days lifting, 1 day rest) during ramadhan?

Its hard, but workout right before afur. You'll lose a lot of bad weight that way, and can build up with proteins right away. It takes a few days to get used to but its great. Do more cardio related stuff though, its hard to lift
