Yea.....I dunno. I'm going to lose these gains during Ramadan. Aishah, good idea. My gym isn't open to women after asr, so after afuur I'll work out at home.

I'll check your work out today and let you know how I fare lol :D

It's takes a few days to get used to but it's the best. But yeah I see the making afur thing though.

I've always wondered, how do somali sisters work out, and when? Do you girls go to 24hr gyms like I do, or go to a generic 5am to 11pm gyms? How are your SQUAT games, and do you go ATG on every rep? Also, as SolidCamel mentioned, bless the sisters that work out, I don't see alot of them in my town :cry:

Ramadhan is going to kill us, but inshallah we shall perserve these GAINS. We worked hard for them, and we ain't about to lose them this easily.

I goto a normal gym but I'm a early bird get there for 6:30am imika waan ciyaal suuqey I get in for 11:30am but I drink a protein shake and get it in..

My squat game is shit I cheat and use the power plate... I'm in the gym so much I don't remember the last time I had a shower at home.. Steam room has done wonders for my skin and hair

Evol do women have thier own section or you have wait for womens time if so what are your hours and do the workers perv during those hours
