Aisha,

So you've been trying to bulk up, are you going to then build some muscle and strength? Hopefully nothing too much though?
VG there's no spot reduction to help you lose a tummy but you can try eating more clean or try using slim matee tea which helps with bloating and gives you a good clean out

I'm sure sulfur will give you better tips when he comes
You could be right, I might be bloated.

Monday new start back in the gym I find the stairs machine makes you sweat in 5 mins been using that more than the treadmill these past couple of weeks

I'm thinking of starting a farax Healthy eating thread to post the food we eat..

Please do so. As much as I love bariis and baasto, I've drifted away recently.

Low carb breakfast:

Tuna omelette.

Onions, tomatoes, tuna, egg (can add more veggies). Saute in butter/ oil, first veggies, then tuna, then egg.

Can eat with bread/canjeero.

Biggest weight loss program is getting rid of the wife who has been dispatched to Europe. Weight went from 215 to 190 in 3.5 month. I am eating more healthier food: no spaghetti, no rice, no fried foods. My daily regiment besides the gym is walking 5 miles, climbing 6 flights of stairs three times a day.

The battle of the Calool has been won and I feel better.

thanks !! aad ayey u adag tahay inaad tottaly macmacaan ama sonkor aad joojisid.. laakiin you should cut down use sugar and macmacaan.. eat macmacaan only one day a week--.. iam sure haddii aad intaa sameeysay and littl exercise gym 3 times a week waan hubaa extra weight waa kaa dagayaa..
