thanks !! aad ayey u adag tahay inaad tottaly macmacaan ama sonkor aad joojisid.. laakiin you should cut down use sugar and macmacaan.. eat macmacaan only one day a week--.. iam sure haddii aad intaa sameeysay and littl exercise gym 3 times a week waan hubaa extra weight waa kaa dagayaa..

fiiri going to gym maaha kaliya in qofka fat butacnimo la dagaalanto.. haddii aad sameeyo regular GYM workout ugu yaraan 3 days a week markiiba 1 hours or 1 and half hour alamiinto . believe me in a year you whole body structure wuu badalmayaa. kaliya you need a discipline inaad is barto aadida gymka..

How come the ladies don't purchase a treadmill? Why spend a dime in the gym? You can exercise at the comfort of your house.

Invest in a treadmill ladies,and couple of Dumbbells then you're good to go.

Do you use warm or cold water or milk

I have to use warm water for my meal replacement shake..xayraan hot chocolate
