^^ I was just going to post today.

Change your diet a bit. I cut out most carbs like salad only at qado instead of any bariis/baasto, I don't even have my morning laxoox anymore  I eat a banana with coffee.

I've shed a lot of water weight in the last two weeks. In case you get sugar cravings, be careful - because you most likely will - lol, try to add a bit of fruit but not too much.

Keep foods lean and healthy. :)

I haven't eaten any carbs bariis Baasto and furin for the past 2 months I don't crave for it to be honest..I've been eating cucumber and tomato salad with salmon and chicken breast on alternative days.. I've been eating Mango watermelon and peach which have come into season

I have been eating clean but I've hit the gym once in two weeks :snoop:

Paleo is working great so far. Lost another 2 kg this month (4 kg lost past 2 months). Done with cutting (goal reached). Now I will focus more on gaining muscle.

I have no doubt you will achieve your target InshaAllah. ;)

I'm also changing my diet too& incorporating more exercise into my life i know i've said it before LOL but this time waa dhab! I have been feeling very fatigued of late. I really NEED to change my diet.
Ramadan 2015 will be the first where i will eat 100% healthy meals. No sambuusa, quraac or even fruit juice for me.

loll, I know. I think I will eat afur locked in my room so I am not tempted by the beautiful aromas and thoughts of "Just one sambusa". :lawd:

Sorry about your knee sis. Remember to stretch and warm up well. :)

Yay Cherine! Will you indulge once every 10 days kinda thing, or be strict?
