I'm forcing myself to the gym today just to do cardio, but every muscle group is so sore.....


Anything you guys do to reduce soreness aside from stretchinh before and after and after and after lol? I know a few pages ago I was asking for it, but not like this!! :( loll

Restarting the fitness thread for all the overweight and malnourished looking farax and xalimos..

I did my at home work i quit after 10 mins i nearly vomitted :snoop:

Good thread, need to read up on it though. Perhaps Xalimos should be added to the title.

Alhamdulillaah I've been working out well and eating good however Ramadan messed me up and I need to motivate myself to get back on track In Shaa Allah.

Ps. A wee suggestion, since food intake is more important perhaps a thread on this would be beneficial.

I'm starting a NO carb diet next week. I'm a bridesmaid. I need to look like Gisele bundchen by August 29 inshallah. Anyone stopped eating carbs and how was it?

I've tried limiting my carbs to almost zero, but coming close with my diet. Saw some weight loss, but I was in a losing process before I started with it. I'll give you a tip: replace any and all carbs you would've ate with veggies. Any veggies. Just VEGGIES
