this is how far i am right now
i can lift dumbels arms up to 28 kh for the bicep i start low around 14 end up at 28
the tricep start with the cables end up with the machines up 2 50 now
chest around 24
shoulders up front 16 up up to 18
back with the machines up to 50
chest machine up to 40 to 45 kg
i am still not there
but working on it

i do bench press around 22 kilo exluding birta weyn
chest is a bit more visible in here
the bicep crul i do the bicep crul around 17 when sitting up to 20 when standing but 17 sitting is better because i really put effort on the bicep than
my only challenge is food if i would eat 5 meals a day i could become real huge but no time to eat and i dont even do shakes and that protain shakes wan ka daalay sameyskeeda wal walaaqiska lool
