Say no to the sedentary lifestyle of baasto, online shukaansi and shit grades. LET'S DO IT!

My first question; What is the best dietary plan? I don't have time to cook on weekdays and can only eat at small restaurants on the high streets. Also, lean muscle protein shakes? Are they any good..

Bro, just try to stick to larger meals if you don't have the necessity of smaller meals.
Have a 1k calorie meal three times a day and you're sorted. So maybe rice, chicken, olive oil dressing, salad and a fruit juice drink will get you to 1kish; have two of those and a hearty breakfast.

Theres no waste, just see it as greasing the joints... you're less sore than at the beginning right?
I've been kursi iyo internet ridden for 1 year, i went shopping for groceries and my traps are still sore.
I'm off to sleep... it's on tomorrow...

Right....I was randomly going from one machine to the other, doing full body's.....It actually has helped. I don't feel sluggish... you are absolutely right....Now I can do my split routine..

Good luck..Less shisha spots, more gym...Don't wanna lose the gains
