Plenty of Muslims aided the Jews. Albania with it's Muslim majority was the only Naszi controlled country that refused to accede to the German demands for Jewish extermination, the locals would not budge. It became a save haven for the Jews in surrounding regions. Here's another interesting fact, the President of Coca Cola, Mukhtar Kent's father was a Turkish diplomat (in Marseilles I think) who boldly saved dozens of Jews from deportation.
