NYT is pretty left-wing.

Where do you get your sources for economic data? Speeches made by Hugo Chavez?

Okay. Thanks for your input kiddo. I look at a guy like Paul Krugman and he's as left-wing as it gets. But yeah, keep drinking the Kool-Aid

This one of the reasons Cuba accelerated discussions with the US. Venezuela subsidizes Cuba's energy needs, and they are afraid that will be coming to an end as Venezuela's economy collapses.

Paul Krugman tells half the story he is a mild critic of so called free market. Lesson number one there is no such thing as free market. The word free is only added to give the fools the illusion of independence. In reality the market is rigged and contorolled by the big financial banks and the largest 500 companies in cohort with the centeral banks.

I actually have no interest in having a discussion with you anymore. If you don't realize the difference between what I've been promoting and the "Crony Capitalism" which you are criticizing right now.....then I'm afraid that you won't be able to understand what I'm saying. You're giving half-assed responses and I'm done with this convo.

Crack open a Thomas Sowell book and stop embarrassing yourself saaxib.

Again, that's not true. If you actually believe this, then your Economics degree is useless. There is no demand for constant growth as capitalism is based on maximization of production of goods/services to improve the standard of living in a given economy. It's why people nowadays can produce so much more than they used too.

But I digress....

I have some homework for you saaxib. Read this book called "Basic Economics"....It's written by legendary Professor Thomas Sowell and it's by far one of the most interesting books I've read on the subject. I know TONS of Somali colleagues of mine who've read the book and who agree on the logic and wisdom that's expounded in that book. It is unbiased, free from bullshit, and factual. But if you want to keep trolling with your Marxist bullshit on this forum, then go right ahead. But you leftists have lost the economic debate in the 20th century. Admit defeat and move on.

Read that book and get back to me. Because it looks to me that you have very little understanding of Economics. Or perhaps I can get your home address and I can get Amazon to mail you a copy of that book....

Is there a limit to how low the barrel can go? $50 for a barrel is already crazy low and trying to sustain that don't make sense economically. Eventually supply will have to balance itself out right?

Companies have been increasing production to offset loses, at least maintain their market share and give investors a return that they expect.

It will fall lower. I suspect $30 by April
