It's OK. Jeffo, I think a merit based approach is best. If Baasto, a member of your tol, is the most qualified choose him/her, same for someone that does not belong. Don't worry about haywire derailing your thread or instituting a tribal quota.

My intentions were pure to start with :wow:

How about we start off small, set a target of fund raising 500 from external sources and not from our back pocket.

It'll be easy to start a donation page, but we need a just cause to use that money in order to market it.
