Menace is right on this occassion though. I can only speak for London and a good 60% of the boys are wastemen. They spend most of their time in a corner street shotting, then quickly dash to the bookies before it closes at 10 to gamble away their earnings, whatever they have left they chip in for a bottle of alcohol, go back to the same corner and drink the night away, next day, sign on at the jobcentre in the morning and do it all over again.
