I totally disagree with you...look...for instance, say that a bakhti like Games kills my brother , a man who is well respected and who has two wife's and so many children and who has worked hard to own homes and businesses ..are you really telling me that I shouldn't take a revenge on Games millionaire brother ( money received through piracy but who has quadrupled his money through legitimate businesses)..I refuse to kill Games, I will kill his brother. To quench my thirst for retributionJugCapital punishment is a must. But Somalis need to stop the barbaric and primitive practise of killing a relative or fellow clansman in lieu of the actual murderer. Not only is this twisted and evil, but it's completely illogical.
I agree with you 110%, but the whole clan wars among the Somalis borders Kufr. When two clans fight, they search for any male from the opposing tribe, regardless if he is armed or is against the beef between the said tribes, they will kill him. A Muslim brother killing another, or others aiding, encouraging from far away and abetting their tribes morally and financially to murder and loot other Muslims.
