Apparently my family also had one but they don't really remember how it looked.

I heard that some ask for proof that the house was got through halal means, if it was booli xaram then the man with the gun wins the xaram race. Go strapped or go home

Very stupid thing to say.... If it is a boli qaran home the home should be taken over by the somali government and used as a school or in interests of the public but regardless of anything the looters has no right to be in the house.

Not true at all, the few that do get their property back usually pay the looters off, they bribe them to leave.

We have successfully sold a property in Madina just two years ago with no issues . All you have to do is find a local broker and let him do everything for you . The two brokers we had got 12.000$ together .

Depends where they are located, but once peace arrives im sure houses in general will become cheaper.

Depends where they are located, but once peace arrives im sure houses in general will become cheaper.

In the long run the general prices will go down but I dont think that will happen anytime soon. If there is peace then the economic boom will keep raising the prices everywhere.

Some squatters thinks the looted property will become theirs and xalaal if they kill the original house owner.
