You realize wife is basically getting toughly 13 %The wife always gets 1/8 of the inheritance. The children share the remaining 7/8 if parents of the dead husband aren't in the picture. Parents of the dead husbands individual share is smaller than the wife and their share is equal. There's no sex discrimination when it comes to the parents of the dead husband. The dead husbands brothers and sisters are not entitled to a share. Neither is his nephews and nieces entitled.
If the dude had 4 wives, the wives still must share that
1/8 and divide it amongst themselves.
Lets say there is one son and one daughter in that remainder 7/8 share. The son will get double that of the daughter. If there are two sons and two daughters, same thing. The sons individually get double then the daughters individually so of course the pie is smaller but the double rule still always applies
